NAMI Family Connections

Family Connections is a 12 week class for people who have a family member or loved one living with Borderline Personality Disorder. The class provides the most current information about Borderline Personality Disorder, teaches coping skills based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and helps families develop a support network. There will be two sections of this class starting in September: one in Minneapolis and one in St. Paul.
