With natural change in life comes stress. Whether it is from the loss of a job or the grind of work, school, or even interpersonal relationships, high levels of stress can be maladaptive, causing significant physical reactions that can truly impair a person’s life.
At Healing Connections, our stress management therapy teaches a variety of skills specifically intended to reduce stress and thereby eliminate the physiological and somatic responses of our clients, including:
