Sue Dyke is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She then completed her internship at Regions Hospital in St Paul and has worked as a Dietitian in clinical and community settings for 18 years. Sue has developed a special interest in helping adolescents and adult clients discover the connection between physical and emotional health through variety, moderation, and balance in eating. During her free hours she enjoys reading cooking and hanging out with her family.
