Patricia Steffen M.D. obtained her medical degree at the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed her training at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Boston.  She has almost 20 years of experience treating adults  who suffer from depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and psychotic disorders.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking, biking, and traveling with her husband.
