Ginny Helfrich, MRE, is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, National Certified Addictions Counselor I, and MN Certified Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor. During the past 17 years she has enjoyed providing individual, couple, family, and group counseling in residential chemical dependency, community mental health agencies, mobile children’s crisis and private practice in the Seattle and Twin Cities Metro areas. She enjoys helping clients who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues as well as marital counseling, spirituality and personal growth issues.

Having a life time interest in music and creative arts, Ginny has incorporated it into counseling. After completing post-graduate training in Guided Imagery with Music, Cross-Cultural Sacred Healing Music and Mandala training, Ginny has been adding Sound Healing to Healing Connections’ therapeutic services.
