We will be focusing on the DBT Mindfulness module for 6 weeks.
This group will be a review of the basic mindfulness skills, how mindfulness can improve your quality of life, and participation in some active mindfulness practices. This is a quick refresher designed for people who have previously completed a DBT group or have attended a previous mindfulness class/group.
